The Hollywood Harness Vest is the most versatile vest from Dog In the Closet. With one vest, you can customize many different looks for all holidays and occasions. Each vest has belt loops for adding a variety of collars and Velcro for changing out the patches.
This vest comes with the patch. You may choose the Silk Tie Collar, Boa or both.

How To Measure:
Please use the waist measurement when ordering the denim skirts. The skirts need to fit tight. Do not go up a size when ordering the denim skirts. Skirts all have Velcro closures and will adjust larger than the size on the chart but will not adjust smaller. For example, if your dog measures 14” in the waist (Size S) but you think she will need it to fit at 13.5” to keep it from slipping, please order the Size XS.
Most items will be shipped to you within 48 hours. Many of Chloe Cole Pet Couture items are made to order (custom/hand-made) and are shipped to you directly from the designer. For this reason, please allow 2 to 4 weeks for delivery on custom orders.
Any items that are currently in stock will be shipped within 24 hours. The preferred carriers of Chloe Cole are FedEx, UPS and USPS Priority Mail. Tracking numbers are available. Tracking numbers are automated and will be added to your order as soon as the item is prepared for shipping. If you do not see a tracking number, please call us at (209) 788-9663.
At this time, Chloe Cole Pet Couture ships merchandise only to locations within the continental United States and not to international locations. Chloe Cole Pet Couture does not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam or the US Virgin Islands.
The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. We cannot guarantee delivery by any specific date even when shipped priority.We have no control over the shipping company schedule once they receive the package. During the holidays, the shipping companies have delays.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. You will need to receive the package and ship it back to us if you want a refund. It must be in its original, sellable condition.
