Customer Care - FAQ's
Please note that some of our designs are custom-made. This means that the item was created specifically for your pet based on the size information you have provided to us. For this reason, custom orders may not be exchanged, returned or refunded. We will contact you about any
custom order to assist you in choosing the right size or color.
Each designer sizes a little differently. There is a size chart or link on each product page to that manufacturers sizing information. Feel free to email us with any sizing questions. If we do not know the answer, we will contact the designer to get that information.
We do not keep stock on all sizes of available items. If an item is in stock, we will ship your order immediately.
Other times orders may need to be shipped directly from the designer.
Most items will ship within 1 to 4 days. Custom orders ship after the
item is completed for you. We will email you with updates about your
custom order.
During holiday seasons, the processing time can be slightly longer. Some orders may ship separately but you will only be
charged one fee.
Custom orders may take 2 to 4 weeks to ship due
to each item being made just for you. Custom cakes take 7-14 days. If you are located in a hot weather state, your cake order may take longer, so it can ship on a Monday.

The online store is open 24 hours a day. We pride ourselves on our customer service. We are always willing to assist you with any problems, issues, complaints or compliments you may have.

Most items will be shipped to you within 48 hours. Many of Chloe Cole Pet Couture items are made to order and are shipped to you directly from the designer. For this reason, please allow 2 to 4 weeks for delivery on custom orders.
Any items that are currently in stock will be shipped within 24 hours. The preferred carriers of Chloe Cole are FedEx, UPS and USPS Priority Mail. Tracking numbers are available. For tracking information, check your email, or please call or text us at (209) 788-9663 or email .
Oversized items, like large beds or stairs, may have additional shipping fees. We will always try to keep shipping costs low, but with rising costs, it isn't always possible.

RETURNS / CANCELLATIONS
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase simply return it to us if it is in its’ original unused condition within 7 days.
To return your product, please contact us for a return authorization and address. Please call us for the fastest response. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Returns must meet the following requirements:
- Simply return it to us if it is in its’ original unused condition
- Items must have original tags attached
- Items must be clean and have no pet hair.
- Items returned within 7 days, may be refunded via store credit or the original payment method, if applicable.
- Items returned in new condition after 7 days will be refunded with a store credit only.
- Items cannot be returned after 14 days
- Store credits and returns will not include the shipping and handling costs.
- All returns must be approved. Please contact us at 209-788-9663.
- We reserve the right to determine if a product is in used or non-salable condition.
- Special Value (i.e. sale, holiday or clearance items) are final sale.
- Treats and other perishable food are final sale.
- For pet health reasons, shoes, beds, and belly bands cannot be returned.
- Custom” and “Special Order” items cannot be exchanged or returned.
- Once an item has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
- Handmade, custom or personalized items cannot be canceled once the designer has created the item.
- Cancelations can only be made on the same day if the item has not shipped.
- Holiday items, food, treats, beds, shoes, belly bands and personalized / custom orders are non-refundable.
- We are available to answer your questions and help you with custom orders. Please call.
- We do not refund if an item takes too long to be delivered by a shipping company. We have no control over the shipping company process. We are happy to assist you in tracking the order.
