Shipping

Most items will be shipped to you within 48-72 hours.  Many of Chloe Cole Pet Couture items are made to order (custom/hand-made) and are shipped to you directly from the designer. For this reason, please allow 1 to 4 weeks for delivery on custom / hand-made orders. Holidays delay custom item delivery times due to an increase in orders. Contact us for details as each custom item has its' own fulfillment time. 

Cakes: Let us know if you need the custom cake by a specific date. 

Handmade / Custom items will take longer to ship than an in stock item.

Any items that are currently in stock will be shipped within 24 hours. The preferred carriers of Chloe Cole are FedEx, UPS and USPS Priority Mail. Tracking numbers are available.  Tracking numbers are automated and will be added to your order as soon as the item is prepared for shipping. If you do not see a tracking number, please call us at (209) 788-9663.  

Oversized items, like large beds or stairs,  may have additional shipping fees. We will always try to keep shipping costs low, but with rising costs, it isn't always possible. 

USPS Delayed Orders 

USPS orders are tracked. Once an item is shipped, you must contact the USPS if shipping is delayed due to natural disasters, storms and holidays.

Notify us if you need additional help tracking an item. Chloe Cole Pets LLC has no control over USPS shipping schedules, routes or delays.

Black Friday orders are processed in the order they are received. Holiday orders are delayed due to shipping carrier schedules. 

 

$9.50 Flat Rate Shipping

At this time, Chloe Cole Pet Couture ships merchandise only to locations within the continental United States and not to international locations. Chloe Cole Pet Couture does not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam or the US Virgin Islands.

The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.  

We cannot guarantee delivery by any specific date even when shipped priority.We have no control over the shipping company schedule once they receive the package. During the holidays, the shipping companies have delays.  

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. You will need to receive the package and ship it back to us if you want a refund. It must be in its original, sellable condition.
